We are always happy to take items back in new or unused condition in all original packaging within 30 days of delivery for full credit. We have a very easy-to-use, self-service returns platform that can help you make a return. Simply follow the link below to be taken to our platform, note that you will need your order number and shipping zip code.
From our platform, you will have the option to make an exchange, take a store credit (that never expires), or take a refund to your original form of payment. Note there is a $7.95 fee added for items sent back for refund; that fee is waived for Exchanges and Store Credits.
Once you have completed the necessary forms on our returns platform, you will be issued a pre-paid return shipping label.
We are happy to offer exchanges or store credits for items that are used or show signs of use within our return window. Items that are sent back for a refund that are used, or show signs of use, are subject to an additional 25% restocking fee.
