You can cancel your Autoship subscription at any time without penalty by accessing your account on our site, or by contacting us. If a charge has been processed, you will have to reach out to the Customer Experience Team in order to cancel the order and your Autoship.
Note: If you created an Autoship Subscription with us before March 2021, there is a chance you have not activated your account yet. If you have trouble logging in, please activate an account by selecting "Create an Account" at login, or by following this link:
