If you have an item and don't want to return it straight away, but down the road realize that it isn't up to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. Please note we are only able to offer exchanges or store credits for items past our return window, and in some instances only partial store credits.
Items that are returned out of their original packaging, or are used or show signs of use including dirt, debris, hair, or scuff marks, are only eligible for Exchange or Store Credit. If you would like a refund for a used item, then the used item is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
